- Jitka explicitly approved E22 Evidence Package v1.0 for public release from validated candidate 1.0-rc2.
- Released nine inert evidence representations, reviewed manifest, 28-claim map, transformation log and integrity snapshot.
- Full mixed branch snapshots, the erroneous historical GPT-6 P5 transcript and internal secondary analyses remain WITHHELD as declared in the manifest.
- Seven expected source items remain NOT_LOCATED; this is not a claim that they never existed or were destroyed.
- Released v1.0 bytes are immutable; material corrections require a new package version.

## 1.0-rc1 — 2026-10-30 — PRIVATE / NOT RELEASED

- Initial nine-file evidence-package candidate and source-to-claim metadata for the frozen live E22 article.
- Sources selected by frozen **post-hoc** `SR-E22-20261030-v0.1`; one authorized `PRIV-THIRD-PARTY` local mask; source bytes unchanged.
- Known provenance gaps, WITHHELD sources, P5 GPT-6 P1.8 discrepancy, P3 invalidity and protocol revision timing disclosed.
- `draft_unreleased`; no public `1.0` has existed; no release approval given. One blocked remote Drive upload and one target article factual discrepancy remain review blockers.

## 1.0-rc2 — 2026-10-30 — PRIVATE / NOT RELEASED

- One-file recovery of P1/P2 GPT-6 static evidence from already-QC-PASS staged Doc; newly exported rc2 DERIVATIVE_BYTES, not asserted rc1-byte-identical; one standard private upload retry successful.
- All other eight evidence TXT preserved from private Drive unchanged, 9/9 remote evidence files verified.
- Metadata-only corrected article rebind: merge `bc4c9c20908acaeec82475ccd7d0ed8ac0cda1ea`, blob `fa28a5757b7bb6f58275870c232e3370d6345282`; public P3/P5-P1.8 errors corrected under prior Jitka approval.
- Claim E22-C22 adjusted for corrected article; README/manifest/claim map/provenance and SHA256SUMS updated. No new source selection, masks, RAW edits or release.
