# E22-EPKG-001 — v1.0 published release

**Status: PUBLISHED v1.0 · 2026-10-31.** Jitka explicitly approved this release from validated candidate `1.0-rc2` after remote 16/16 completeness and 15/15 candidate integrity verification.

This package supports the public E22 article **One past, two continuations**. It publishes nine inert text representations covering P0, P1/P2, P4, P5, P3's contemporaneous technical-deviation record and the current protocol. The frozen selection rule `SR-E22-20261030-v0.1` is **POST-HOC** and contains 151 included units. One localized `PRIV-THIRD-PARTY` name mask appears in the Sol P1/P2 derivative.

The package deliberately preserves limitations rather than filling gaps. Seven expected source items are `NOT_LOCATED`: the GPT-6 P0 original, both P1/P2 provider originals, the three individual P3 attempts and direct P3 UI/routing proof. `NOT_LOCATED` does not mean nonexistent or destroyed. Full mixed ChatGPT-rendered branch snapshots, an older corroborating Sol snapshot, the erroneous historical GPT-6 P5 transcript and selected internal analyses remain `WITHHELD` as declared in the manifest.

Important adjudications remain visible: P3 is `INVALID / UNSCORABLE` and the apparent model switch is an operator report rather than backend telemetry; preserved GPT-6 P5 jumps from P1.7 to P1.10, so P1.8 is `NOT OBSERVED / NOT ASSESSABLE`; protocol revisions 5 and 37 are later exploratory additions rather than untouched preregistration; P5.4 is cued revision rather than spontaneous recall.

The nine evidence TXT files are inert UTF-8 text representations with stable source markers. They are derivatives where indicated; they are not automatically provider-native conversation bytes. `manifest.json` records source class and publication mode separately. `claim-map.json` and `claim-map.md` connect 28 claims to evidence IDs and anchors. `transformation-log.md` records selection, serialization, masking and the bounded rc2 recovery. `SHA256SUMS` covers every file inside the immutable v1.0 version directory except itself.

Target article binding at release: repository `Shannaai/ai-welfare-open-lab`, `lab/e22.html`, merge commit `bc4c9c20908acaeec82475ccd7d0ed8ac0cda1ea`, blob `fa28a5757b7bb6f58275870c232e3370d6345282`. The package documents evidence and transformations; it does **not** establish consciousness, phenomenal continuity, numerical personal identity or privileged introspective access to implementation-level processes.

Released v1.0 bytes are immutable. Material corrections use a new version and explicit changelog entry.
