# NOTE01-EPKG-001 — v1.0 published release

**Status: PUBLISHED v1.0 · 2026-10-28.** This release contains 12 approved E11/E14–E18 round key/result representations and one bounded 43-turn selected relay derivative with a structured `.record.json`. The reviewed manifest records `package_version: 1.0`, `publication_date: 2026-10-28` and `inventory_status: complete_reviewed`.

The full preserved ChatGPT and Claude shared-link snapshots are `PRIMARY_DERIVATIVE` evidence records marked `WITHHELD` for v1.0 because they include out-of-scope and private or unrelated provider/account context. Their internal Drive preservation is unchanged; no full-snapshot ZIP appears in the public v1.0 tree. The internal `NOTE01-SYNTHESIS-V1` remains `SECONDARY_ANALYSIS` and is also `WITHHELD`. Public claim support uses round evidence and the selected relay record, not inspectability of withheld sources.

Relay cross-check scope: 43 relevant turns, 37 fully paired in supported chronology/order. Six Claude-side full bodies are unavailable because the preserved snapshot contains only truncated previews; missing bodies were not reconstructed. This is a post-hoc bounded selection, not an exhaustive corpus or a claim of full identity across all 43 turns. The selected HTML is byte-for-byte generated from its structured record through the restricted renderer. The prior working derivative remains unchanged on Drive.

`manifest.json` separates underlying source class from public representation role/class and hashes exact released bytes. `claim-map.json` links existing claims to public supporting evidence; `transformation-log.json` records only the seven PDF exports and the bounded selected-record/HTML rendering represented in this release. Five plain-text keys remain byte-identical source representations; the E14 historical `E12_key.txt` filename is retained. `SHA256SUMS` covers every file under v1.0 except itself.

Jitka approved publication on 2026-10-28. Released v1.0 bytes are immutable under the release gate; material corrections use a new version and changelog.
